This season owner and head chef Jean Thoma will show us how to transform our fresh veggies into starlike summer salades and other fingerlicking dishes. In this video we see Jean making and seeding new testing sections.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Aptus garden of the most sustainable restaurant of the Netherlands\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zoQa0g16EfU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Jean works exclusively with bio-veg and forgotten vegetables from his urban garden. During the summer he also works with edible flowers. Together we made a testing ground, in which we analyse differences between treated and untreated crops. In an urban garden we use Aptus <a href=\"https:\/\/aptus-holland.com\/products\/all-in-one-pellet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">All-in-One pellets<\/a> and Believerpack (<a href=\"https:\/\/aptus-holland.com\/products\/regulator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aptus Regulator<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/aptus-holland.com\/products\/startbooster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aptus Startbooster<\/a>). Plantjuice analysis will learn us more about deficiencies in plants. This way we can measure differences in plant growth and nutritional values.\u00a0For Jean Thoma sustainable gardening and cooking is the only way for the future.
